One thing Svitch bike assures: if you get to know your ride, you will never let it go! However, we offer a 15-days, ‘no questions asked’ return policy wherein you can return your bike within 15 days for free, provided there is no damage and the bike is in the same condition when you received it. Additionally, if the damage was caused during transit, it is your responsibility to notify us within 24 hours with proof via sending a mail at support@svitch.bike

Do we provide free returns?

The answer is yes but on one condition. You need to preserve the packaging box that came with Svitch bike otherwise we will charge you as per the packaging amount.

Details for return?

Since we already have your details in our database, getting in touch with you and processing returns is not a problem.

Returns apart from bike?

Sorry! We don’t accept returns on purchases made on accessories or merchandise unless and until you received a damaged product. You are supposed to notify us the same within 24 hours with proof by sending us a mail at support@svitch.bike
